• Department of Business Administration: Undertakes the general management and academic leadership of the department. It is the primary authority that determines the vision and mission of the department and ensures the preservation of academic quality.
• Assistant Department Chairs: Two assistant positions provide support to the department chair in a variety of areas. These positions are generally determined by the needs of the department in teaching, research, and administrative matters.
• Major Branches: These branches constitute the basic disciplines of business education and provide in-depth knowledge and expertise for students:
  • Management and Organization: Provides training in areas such as organizational behavior, management principles and strategic management.
  • Production Management and Marketing: Focuses on production planning, marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Accounting and Finance: Provides expertise in topics such as accounting standards, financial management and cost analysis.
  • Numerical Methods: Supports business decisions with mathematical and statistical methods and examines the business applications of these methods.
    
  • Commercial Law: Teaches business administration students the legal framework and legal processes related to commercial activities.
